Crain Undercut Saw Casing Saw Flooring Saw

Hello, I have a Crain model 810 undercut saw in excellent condition with a brand new $40 dollar blade! This thing is made solid and better than the newer stuff. It's used to cut the bottom of door casing and even baseboards to tuck new tile or floating plank flooring underneath to hide the cut edges. This makes way cleaner cuts than an oscillating or multi tool. This saw is adjustable up and down for any flooring thickness and also has a depth adjustment so you don't cut into the drywall behind the casing. The multi tools or oscillating tools don't have that, plus they tend to jump around and can damage expensive door casing! Those cuts aren't as clean as a carbide tipped saw blade either!
