Car has been parked for a while and is in good condition inside/out; however, the transmission doesn't seem to shift beyond a speed of 30-40 miles/hr. I've been told it is a minor transmission issue that can be fixed. The car is clean and has 4 new tires, DVD player, leather seats, and everything works properly.
