GERAT people very helpful got me into a new car the same day very satisfied with the customer service and everything they have done. I went to many car dealerships and they can’t guarantee you anything. These people can guarantee you they will get you into a vehicle regardless of your credit scores, regardless of down payment payments.

I am afraid I just can't give them 5 stars like they asked. I have to be honest. Not the best buying experience I've had. And I've bought a lot of new and used vehicles.
1. The added fees they don't tell you about until your almost done with the deal. Especially the $60 down payment fee. If you put more the 3k down the charge you 60 bucks. Don't say anything until they run your card. We put 5k down. Even after breaking it up into multiple payments they still changed us.
2. They push and push and push the extended warranty.  Even after there best price they still come down. Who knows what the actual cost is.
3. Guess I know why about number 2. Didn't make it 200 miles and transmission issues. When I called. The manager said. We'll we told you to take the extended warranty and you denied it. All we can do is offer you an extended warranty at a discount.   Really makes you wonder what the real cost of the warranty is.
Mark the sales man was good. But I can't say we will be going back.
