July 4, 2025: My experience with AutoNation Buick GMC West went very well as I looked for a used vehicle to meet my needs. Rickey Anderson provided fantastic service as a "no-pressure" professional and truly not your typical "used car salesman". In the end I  purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and am loving it! Rickey addressed all my questions and followed-up with me to provide the floor mats I was promised (& after I had already signed the dotted line). The last time I purchased a vehicle it was NOT a pleasant experience. This time I walked away as a pleasantly satisfied customer :)

Very happy working with this team. David Chadwick was my associate and was very patient with me, listened precisely to my needs and was diligent in his search. I went there to upgrade my fleet vehicles by trading in one for a newer truck. David searched the entire database and found the perfect truck for my needs, but it was in Colorado Springs. Without hesitation, they ordered an Uber, and sent one of their guys down to pick it up for me. I drove it off their lot that same evening. A wonderful experience and the dealership that I'll return to as I expand my fleet. Ask for David and you won't be disappointed.

This dealership was the best car buying experience I’ve have had! Nick my salesman was the best! He was kind knowledgeable and very helpful in finding me the perfect vehicle! He went above and beyond to say the least. He allowed me the time and the ability to test drive vehicles until I found the perfect vehicle! Once I found the perfect vehicle he made sure that vehicle had everything I needed in a vehicle from the color to power lift gate! He even came and got me from my apartment once we found the perfect vehicle because I had my car stolen a couple weeks earlier and I didn’t have a vehicle to get there! He was super knowledgeable about everything car that I test drove and already has kept in contact with me to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle telling me if I ever need anything or need help navigating my vehicle he would be happy to help me out! The new car manager Jeremy(Jay)was really helpful in finding me that perfect vehicle he had to go outside to other dealers to find my perfect vehicle and he did just that!!! The finance manager,  Arie was so kind and very helpful in keeping me at the payment that I was comfortable with and squeezing in a warranty that would keep my car in good condition! I can say everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was very friendly and helpful! I would and have recommended this dealership to everyone!!!

This is where I purchased my Terrain (2024) my third one from this dealership 🤠 They always take great care of my car. Everyone there is friendly & efficient! Austin and Joey (6-25-25) made sure everything was done to my liking🤠 I bought a service plan for future oil changes. I recommend it 🤠

First time dealing with this dealership service department, so far is been a horrible experience. Took in my truck in for two recalls that it had. Well when I get there Austin tells me I don’t have an appointment. When I spoke to Ben a week and half prior to the appointment, he had confirmed my appointment for Wednesday the 13th. They took in my vehicle in either way extending the wait period to a full day instead of a half day. The end of the day comes and I go ahead and pick up my truck just to realize the check engine light is on. They want to justify themselves and say it had nothing to do with the recalls they fixed. Even though my truck prior to dropping it off didn’t have the check engine light on.

The manager Ben is truly unhelpful and no empathy at all. The associate Austen is dismissive and careless. Truly poor customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would!
