Description

This piece commemorates the three-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina and appeared in the ruins of the Lower Ninth Ward. It depicts a marching band, with each musician wearing a gas mask, playing instruments. The original artwork was spray-painted on a building that has since been demolished.
