incredibly comfortable couch! delivered in august 2024 (7 months ago). single-person home, no pets. couch is stain-free, no smells. it’s extremely comfortable and cozy - you can easily have two people sitting cross-legged and still have space. it’s my dream couch, only selling because i’m relocating due to work. costs $3,500 new + shipping ($300 + 6-8 weeks for delivery) pick-up ONLY (page & buchanan street) on 3rd floor. definitely recommend using furniture moving service
