Ximena from the start was friendly and helpful on our initial phone conversations to set up my test drive appointment. The following Saturday I arrived a bit early, not a problem, she was ready and prepared for my arrival. Upon test driving the vehicle, I had a couple of questions, we spoke of my concerns, she was willing to negotiate, we came to terms and we closed the sale! Got a used car within an Hour! Found this place behind a restaurant off Stevens Creek while walking we were curious where this was at and found it and  car was brought to us to test drive and decided to get it for my husband and so far it’s been a week and he’s using it for golfing today, thanks to Ximena and staff at Pride motors also we didn’t have an appointment and were seen with no problem, we even got a voucher for a carwash since we didn’t have an appt is why our car was dirty, so call first lol
