My second time buying a car in the area and I wish I’d come here the first time! Wonderful experience and even though they couldn’t get me into the car I initially wanted I absolutely love the car they found me, 1000/10 would recommend!! I bought a 2018 Nissan Versa in January from Galaxy Motors. My car still drives perfect with no issues.

This dealership will lie to you and say they have the car you’ve been corresponding with them about, available, just for the car to have been sold the night before. I drove over 30 minutes to see the car. I was texted the morning of, asking if I still wanted to see the vehicle. I confirmed and when I walked in two hours later, they acted like they didn’t know me. When it was them I spoke to. Unorganized. Sketchy. Would never waste my time with them again. It’s all a scam.

The team (Kasim, Emir, Fatih) was super helpful. They were very honest with the vehicle I bought and were flexible with a discount. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a reliable vehicle at a good price.

We stopped by Galaxy Motors VA after a disappointing experience at another dealership and looked at a Toyota Matrix. The car was a bit older but seemed decent on the surface. The staff was respectful and had no issue with us thoroughly inspecting the car or taking it for a test drive. They even allowed us to take it to a pre-purchase inspection location of our choice, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the inspection revealed serious prior damage — the car had been in a major front-end collision. The engine reinforcement bar was bent, and the bumper had clearly been repaired and painted to hide the damage. None of this was disclosed or reflected in the Carfax report they provided.

Despite this, Galaxy Motors refused to lower the price, so we walked away. We hope they’re more forthcoming with future buyers about the car’s condition. The staff was polite, but that kind of structural damage is something buyers deserve to know upfront.
