I found a Mercedes listing on Facebook and I texted Ian and he told me the price was 24k total a paid off car no accidents 50k mileage clean title I went in ASAP to check the car out and I knew I wanted it I came back the next day with my mechanic friend and we checked out the car and than we had a sit down with Jose and he told us the car cost 35k and it comes how it is the car has damaged paint job bald tires bad breaks and rusty rims we asked for a better cheaper car and he shows us the same model but cheaper is had less miles and we were told it had a clean title no accidents no problems when I got inside the car it needed a oil change that was 3k miles past due it needed new tires and rims the car was FILTHY food and dirty and concrete all inside and the frount of the car bumper under the hood was missing screws and had paint over lay on the headlights so I knew the car had been in a accident and the engine mount was bad but the car was 20k so I agreed to buy because it was simple fixes so we sat down talked and came to a agreement that we will buy the car but we want 4 BRAND NEW TIRES and Jose agreed only if we did the deal that day so we did I wired the money to the company and came the next day at the agreed time and no one was there I waited 30 minutes and  Jose came and told me the car won’t be done untill latter because it got busy after I left the day before but no one was there and there were 10+ workers there they were just being lazy so I went home and came back and when I did he handed me the registration and keys and told me that’s all and I looked at the tires they were USED tires also 4 DIFFERENT BRAND TIRES AND SIZES when I pointed it out Jose told me it’s hard to find the same brand tires and there only used by 4 years so there lightly used and still new in good condition than he walked away ignoring me I finally found him and told him he needs to fix this or it’s no deal he told me it’s fine it won’t effect the car and told me to take the car for a drive and call him if there’s any problems I didn’t leave because I know once I take the car I can’t be helped and he disappeared into a office again when I went inside him and his co worker laughed at me in my face and said cancel the deal because there not giving me brand new tires and how they don’t even have any or sell any and Jose said that he gave me new tires and he never agreed to brand new but new tires THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DAMAGED CARS OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION

Horrible dealership. Sold me trash and now it takes a miracle to speak to anyone. You will call and customer service will say “your seller will call you back”  but they usually don't and if they do it will be 3 days later. The photo is me broken down while trying to get them on the phone. If you like risky business, go for it. Otherwise I would avoid working with them.

I bought an infinity from this dealership they stole my deposit and towed the car 7 days later from my parking lot they claim my credit my wasn’t good enough after I sign all the paperworks .. and gave a direct deposit once I got home they called and tried to extort me for a higher deposit since I didn’t have the money they towed the car and kept my deposit.. I’ll be suing them soon I still have the contract.. stay away from this business the only reason I didn’t set the entire place on fire because I got shit to loose .. they don’t speak proper English just straight scammers.. matter fact I will be exposing y’all on help me Howard and the DMV

I had a deeply concerning experience with You Drive Motors. Their business practices raised serious red flags for me. After shopping for a vehicle, I noticed a majority of them had scratched out Vin numbers, and they refused to provide any sort of Carfax or car history on any of their vehicles.When I tried to address this with them, their response was evasive and unhelpful.

I strongly urge others to do thorough research before engaging with this dealership. Look into the car’s history carefully and verify all documentation independently. My experience left me questioning their integrity and whether they’re operating transparently. Proceed with caution if you decide to do business with them.”

Bad Service . Bought a Land Rover on Dec 6 2024.
And still giving me issue til this date Jan 24 2025
Since I got the vechile was brought back to the dealership 4. Times has lot mechanical issues and they don’t resolve the problem. Bad dealer got my money and now none is available to talk!
DONT BUY HERE U DRIVE THE WORST
