BEWARE!!! This dealer is not trust worthy. They engage in bait and switch!!!

My parent went to this car dealer to purchase a car and they were ripped off. They are based in PA and didn’t want to drive to New Jersey without knowing they could afford the car. So  we called the dealership to confirm the price on their website and total out the door price. The sales agent Anthony negotiated a price, agreed to it and we booked an appointment. But when my parent visited, they changed the price. When they arrived and it was clear they liked the car in person,  another man who claimed to be the owner said he decided the price went up and they are allowed to do so because of the footer on their site and other car sites that the listed price is not guaranteed. They were disappointed. This was a clear case of bait and switch. It is wrong to treat people this way. This dealer CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

If I could give 10 stars I would! From the first call, Steve was SO kind and listened to what I wanted/needed. He followed up multiple times and then Antonio that works with him helped me more with financing than I could have dreamed! There were No hidden fees, exactly as they presented. This is the BEST car I have owned in 15 years!! They picked me up from the airport, car was ready to go and the whole process was so simple and easy. These guys are the Real Deal and Honest!! Trust me, you will get the best service out there and it was worth the travel to get this car. Highly recommend Mainline Auto!! #mainlineauto

Mainline auto took care of me when everything tried to go wrong. They took all my calls and tried to resolve my problems over and over. Antonio is the best. I had a great experience at Mainline Auto and I would recommend them to anyone buying a used car. They stand by their word and take care of their customers.

The worse experience ever buying a car. Went to pick up the Lexus and pay, only 1 key, no user manual. Was told by Steve “no problem, we’ll get both in a week”. A month later we received key, never received manual. Took 2 months to get registration, spoke to DMV, they were shocked, after five telephone conversations, finally got it. Promises never delivered. Then Steve told us one of his workers had our manual, would drop it off, never did. We spoke to  Steve again and said we would pick it up, he apparently had a medical issue, and got upset at us for calling! This is after he lied, failed to fulfill any of his promises. My advice, stay away from this used car place, once they have your money they don’t care.
