Good used condition, pet and smoke free home $2600+ new Professional quality photos are from a blog review :) normal photos are from my apartment. Sofa is 2+ years old, in great condition. It was k no delivered with a small splinter off the back (less than an inch long, a centimeter or two thin), which I forgot about as I have the sofa against the wall. The close up of the fabric of one of the arm cushions and the chaise is consistent with the quality of all of the cushions. They are very clean/minimal to no stains or discoloration. 87 by 31 by 32 sofa, chaise adds 30 to the length for a chaise length of about 62 inches The chaise is detachable for transport and can be switched (so this is a left/right sectional).
