Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Mark, went above and beyond at every step of the process. Helping with insurance explaining paperwork etc. he also took it upon himself to spend three days finding the best deal he could for financing. After being previously denied 5-6 times. Mark got me financing with Tucson federal credit union, getting me a deal better then anything I’ve been offered for the last 3 months or trying every dealership I could think of. In my opinion. The best dealership I’ve found in all of Tucson.

This place is heaven sent!! I have been trying to get a car for a good 3 years. Each time I tried it seemed like it was impossible to get a car for someone in my position.

I came in fully prepared to be met with false hope or simply not meet their requirements... Nope. I was helped by Mark, he immediately assured me it was not false hope and getting a car today was a real possibility. It definitely was! The owner, Mark, and "Mose/Moe"-(I believe) all worked together on different things that came up. They were all super nice!! The levels team worked hard to get me into a car I was happy with!! I normally buy my cars from the owner personally I never used a dealership for any one of my vehicles EXCEPT my Mazda Miata they staff helped me out when I informed them I live 2 hours away super transparent and helpful was able to get in and out a day after calling to look at the car they even did a oil change for me when I said it was just a little low after my test drive perfect place and the cats were amazing 10/10 just as easy and swapping titles with a friend

I came to Levels for their amazing 6 month/6,000 miles warranty on their vehicles.  Left with a 2015 Hyundai Elantra that i came for and I love it! Runs super smooth. Had just small issues that come with owning a car, but Levels took care of it right away! Got new sun visors,  new Key Fobs and windshield!
