I wish all car buying experiences were as easy and stress-free as Audi of Arrowhead. I think in this day of car salespeople hawking and attacking you once you get onto the lot, Arrowhead does it right by letting you shop around first before they offer assistance. We didn't really know what we wanted but I wanted to get something I felt good driving. I have had Audis in my past and knew that they are solid vehicles. Rene came over and asked us first, if we wanted beverages which is class act. Then he just let us know he can unlock anything when we found something. Then he gave us space.

We finally found the white A6 and found Rene to run some numbers. When his numbers came in a little high, he told us to wait because Audi was having some crazy incentives right now since it was last of of them month and last day of the quarter. He said give him 5 minutes and if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. I told him I do not have time and we left.

Rene called us about 20 minutes later and said they were throwing every incentive to include a Costco rebate and got the car into the price range we wanted.

We came in 3 hours later and bought the car. We met the entire team of Jered, Joe and Darius who were all just as eager to make a great deal. A slight thing that is pretty cool. When we drove in, we saw Rene through the dealership window and we could see he was super excited and jumping up and down. He ran to the door and then "calmly" came and spoke to us. I think it is OK for a salesman to be excited instead of treating us as just another number. We bought the car because Rene was as excited as we were. I think that makes the dealership Human. We could all use a little bit more human in a process that is stressfully automated.

Thank you Audi Arrowhead and we will buy our new Q8 there when the wife is done with her Atlas.

Walked in . Lacey met us I'm asked what we were looking for. Has been explained we had a vehicle that we saw that we'd like to look at and test drive possibly. We'd already looked for several days couple days t also at other vehicles different from what we were looking at but the process here was very quiet and smooth. We shopped early at 10:00 a.m. but the process was very smooth very short she explained eerything quickly. Took tes drive loved the vehicle. We both test drive the vehicle. Husband said let's look at numbers. The agreed to OUR deal. Better trade in value from all dealerships well visited. Loved this experience. Best ever. Lacey and Joe best ever. Highly recommend!!!!!

What an amazing experience we had at Audi Arrowhead. Rene and Joe were great to work with. Found us out SQ5 in California and had it shipped to us.  We had been to every other dealership and were just hounded about everything but test driving a car. Highly recommend Audi Arrowhead.
