Lightly used, in great shape. Two person house and we rarely used living room. Soft canvas like material, it’s comfortable. No stains on couch, light ones on ottoman. Was professionally cleaned about 2-3 years ago. Dimensions are about 8.5 feet long and almost 4 feet deep. Moving is only reason selling and why price so low. Can nap /sleep on this
