Just want to say it's been awesome to work with CHARLES CLARKE, I was looking around for a BMW and came across one here. I am from Goodyear AZ and Charles went out video recorded the car pointed out the imperfections he found witch were minor things and was as honest as they come. Me and my Boys decided to go out and look at it and it was exactly as he described and the out the door price exactly what he sent me. After a month long of dealing with the other Acura dealership, we came to Findlay to give it a try. Lupe is the man! He didn’t waste any of our time, there was no pressure or tense situations, a much different atmosphere than what we previously experienced.
