They sell lemons and then tell you to deal with it. Bought a car and their best offered warranty, within 3 days the oil pump wasn't working, 2 weeks later warranty denied the claim, leaving me with a thousand dollar repair bill. Now, barely a week later and the mechanic has discovered excessive metal shavings in the oil pan, meaning worse problems. They are conmen and frauds. Do not trust them, they just want your money.

**UPDATE**
Not only was the oil pump housing broken, the oil wouldn't regulate, so the pump needed to be replaced ($2000), and the timing belt housing is cracked, another $2500 down the drain.

This place is a scam! They lie. I was told the 2014 dodge grand caravan (white in color) was on the lit and available for j test drive and purchase.  After driving 4 hrs to get here to purchase the van it was not there and gone no mention of being sold. They knew 2 days in advance that I was going to buy it out right.  Yet it was gone.  These people  didn't was a sale.  They just wanted to waste my time!. Don't buy from here!!!!!!

I'm really beginning to wonder if there are fake accounts giving reviews for this place. My personal experience?
Well, I bought a car along with the dealership powertrain warranty. Car has broken down, and dealership is refusing to cover the cost of repairs. This is despite the fact that the repairs are covered under the powertrain warranty. Had to file a complaint with the attorney general's office, the BBB, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and had to seek the help of an attorney to sue to have the repairs done. Mark (so unprofessional) has claimed that I did not give them the opportunity to fix the vehicle which I have, and anyone seeing this review can see the photo of the car at their mechanics shop, so that statement is obviously false.
Our family has bought at least 2 cars from this place. I was going to bring my twin daughters here in 2 months for their cars since it seemed to be a reasonable place to purchase a used car. Now I will not. I couldn't trust them with my money, I certainly won't let them prey upon my children or their money. Will definitely look elsewhere.

I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They sell lemons. Even safety hazards are not addressed with the vehicles before being sold. Being 2 days past the 15 day or 500 mile (limited warranty lemon law) these guys would not address a SAFETY issue with the power steering. This is an egregious error of business which could result in serious injury. I would NOT trust them under any circumstances.

Got a 2016 Subaru WRX for my teen and the car is complete trash.   She drove it for a few days, 5 mile round trip to school and the car kept stalling and had no power.   Took it to Subaru dealership and a mechanic shop for a second opinion..... they agreed no one should be selling this car.   Literally it's multi-system failures.   Now I'm out of over 3k between a repair & downpayment and that's not including the 7k loan I had taken out on it.   I need a miracle because this is so wrong on so many levels and like the average American, cannot afford any of this.  It's sad because I thought Ian was a really cool guy and even enjoyed the experience but him and Easy car sales has completely ripped me by selling us a lemon.  I saw these reviews and should've believed them.   Buyer beware, PLEASE!
