Real nice bunk bed barely used by daughter. Barely any scratches real clean includes all the screws and washers that i received when purchased and Instructions. Cost over $1000 new from Big Lots. S till have the Futon i will be honest it needs a good cleaning if you want it otherwise im going to toss it. Single MATRESS notincluded.! $100 takes this bed hard to find during holidays let me tell you lol. I can even deliver within 5 miles sinve i have it loaded. Assembly not included. Reply back ASAP dont miss out!
