Buying cars and having to figure out what you can afford compared to what you want is never fun. After being told by Craig @ Delray Buick to go to the competition because there was no way what I wanted could be done, I felt defeated. I decided to make 1 more call to this store. Peter put me on hold asked his manager if it was reasonable. I was very clear not to waste my time. He confirmed it was doable so we made the drive. We went into this dealership fully prepared with what we could afford and the vehicle that fit the criteria. Peter was our sales guy but more like car demonstrator. No heavy sales pitch just facts about the car with a polite and positive demeanor. The team work that this dealership displays should be business standard. Jessica the sales manager worked with us from the beginning. Not waiting till we are out the door to try and save the deal. Pierre was finance manager that was incredibly informative. After an unexpected discrepancy was found they didn’t give up. They treated us with respect and dignity. Even suggesting how I can research the problem. Bottom line I drove away with a car I wanted with a price I needed. Thank you to the  Schumacher Buick team! We will be back and referring friends.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the service department, unfortunately not the first time, but decided to give them another chance and was another painful mistake. I bought the truck new from these guys less than a year ago with extended warranty and whole 9 yards, it just happened that I never used 4 wheel drive and decided to try it recently and as soon as I engaged it the truck wouldn’t move as soon as I started turning, it started locking the rear differential and rear wheels would just lock up. The other issue I had was the mirror not folding back completely after I backed up. I brought the truck in a week ago and left it with Mr King, I inquired about the loaner and was told that until they diagnose the issue they can’t give me a loaner, which I was fine with, took an Uber to closest enterprise and rented a car there. The next day Mr King calls me and says that the technician checked the truck and said that truck operates as it’s supposed to. I was really surprised by this statement and asked again if he was sure about it, he said that I’m more than welcome to come and check it with the technician preset which I didn’t object and went straight to the dealership canceling my business meeting in Miami. When I came there Mr King said that the technician is busy and I can show him and he can relay that to the technician, which was absurd already, yet I backed the truck and showed that the mirror wasn’t folding back on which Mr King said that it was probably a misunderstanding and technician wasn’t looking at what he really needed to look, after that I engaged the 4 wheel drive high and turned my wheels and it locked the rear differential, on which Mr King surprisingly looked at and said that apparently the technician that looked at the truck shouldn’t have looked at it and he’ll have the other technician look at it, but the other technician is currently busy with an engine swap and he’ll have to call me and have me come back the other day. This was my last drop, so I asked if he wanted me to drive out on a vehicle that he acknowledged had an obvious drivetrain issue and put me and who ever is in the truck with me at risk? He said I’ll have to take it the way it is and he’ll contact me and that he has no control over loaners and needs to speak to his manager and call me back. Well, this is very brave to let unsafe vehicle off the lot acknowledging the issue. Great food for attorney. But the biggest issue is that what customer service are we talking about here? I have never seen such impudent response from a service advisor or anyone at all in customer service. And am I the only one who’s been treated like this? I strongly believe I’m not, some of the people probably leave speechless and go elsewhere which I don’t blame them, yet the dealership should be ashamed of themselves! On my previous GMC I had transmission issue and brought it in with 54k miles when the warranty was about to expire at 60k and they couldn’t diagnose or just didn’t want to and at that time I reached out to the service manager who said that they don’t see anything wrong with the transmission and he’ll have to call the GMC traveling master technician that represents GMC and have him look at it, I called multiple times and two years later and after I sold the truck already I never heard back from him… The fish rots from the head and at the time I spoke to the manager the head was rotten already. Shame shame shame!!! Beware and stay as far away as possible!!!

Best experience I have had to date buying a new car. They met my needs and was kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be my go to dealership for now on. Juan was very helpful thru the whole process. My wife and I are happy with our purchase.

Overall a great car buying experience. Karen was great and I can’t remember the finance guys name because it was so late but he was so nice and gave my 3 year old daughter her favorite popsicle and snacks. He has 3 sons I do remember that! My only gripe, no fault of their own was that it was 8 pm and we had a 3 hour drive home and work the next day with a tired 3 yo who didn’t nap all day and had to stop and get gas for $5 a gallon along the main over priced drag there because the tank was 1/4 full and we had to drive through the gas less Everglades. Heck I could’ve got the gap insurance policy in total for the price of that gas. the dealership gas was broken and usually they fill. But if that’s the only thing to put a dent in the experience I’d say we’re doing pretty good!

My sales person was excellent. From the first greeting to the end Trey was very nice. Polite, honest and very helpful. Trey made it as easy and fast as he could. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me as much as I wanted. I never felt rushed or disappointed.
He is fantastic!
The finance person was very good and very helpful. He got me the best finance option that he could and made several phone calls to give me the best interest.

Detailing
It is a new car, but if is promised to detail it, it should be detailed, because even new, it has been showed to other people that has driven it and sat down in it and touched it every where.
The only part that I wasn't completely satisfied was the detailing of the car, it seems like they did not do anything, the car looked inside exactly as it was when I drove it. It had fingerprints and marks that showed that it was not detailed at all on the inside.
