Don't get scammed here.I called in advance and spoke to Anna about a particular truck. We did the credit app and talked about down payment, all was good.  I live 4 hours away and called about this truck all week to confirm these details, and once again Anna tells me all is good and guarantees me that I'll be leaving home in this truck. I take time off from work and pay someone to go with me to get this truck, just to get there and the vehicle is not there. Come to find out this person I spoke to is just a call center employee. The manager there didn't even have my info that I was coming. He's looking up the vin on the truck I wanted and it's already sold. He tried to sell me something else but showed no regard of the situation this place made me go through. He just told me that he couldn't sell me a vehicle with the down payment their employee told me to bring. I hope I save others their time and not have to go through this unprofessionalism. Look through the reviews you will see these type of issues happen alot here. Also Mr. Manager before you accuse people of defamation you need to actually know the definition of the word. Im not deleting my review of your business. I know my rights. How about running a legitimate business and have people who really enjoy their experience purchasing a vehicle at with great service.

I bought A Mercedes 2020 had few issues for example brakes and it has dents and scratches
Juan told me he was going to make sure all that was taken care of so I decided to buy it with that condition but after I bought it it was like just promises and kept making excuses that they they didn’t have a body shop person to fix it and etc on top of that I went to try to refinance the truck that I bought over 44k now they’re talking me that the suv is devalue and is really worth 21 thousand .honestly I regret the purchase I should of just gone to Mercedes dealership .
