Cal Spa 852L Windsor Escape Bought New for $8k Just replaced the motor with all brand new USA made parts which cost over $1000 . 92L x92W x42 H Hot tub is very large and was delivered over the house via crane. Our side yard/backyard entrance is not very large, so moving will be a challenge. Hot tub is an excellent shape. The cover has some sun damage and is due to be replaced soon. We also have a covered gazebo that we can include.
