Hi all! I am elated about my new car from Crown Motors. I got the car I wanted at such a great price, all with the help of Sean who is fantastic! Give him a raise! Wow, impressive customer service relations! I'm blown away with how well this whole experience went for me. And I couldn't be happier. Also, Ray is super friendly and helpful too. Additional note, super glad I got a full warranty through them. I am going to use it this month to fix one thing on my 2018Tesla Model 3, and the Crown Motors service department is going to fix it right up for me. 10 star service with 100 star review. I'll start that I've bought MANY cars from both dealers and Private sellers over the last decade or more. This could've and SHOULD'VE been a straightforward situation, but Sean at Crown made it an unnecessary mess wanting to be CHEAP and shamelessly deceitful. I inquired about a '15 Subaru BRZ the last week of 2024 with intentions to have a *3rd-PARTY* pre-purchase inspection done since it had some modifications which were a large reason I was interested in the first place, and you really should have another unbiased shop look through it and tell you what you can't see with it sitting on the lot (using a lift). Sean assured me he was taking it to a separate place to have this done, where low and behold they found some significant issues with the car. Sean, trying to keep the deal going said he'd cover the fixes if I paid a lil extra to get the desired clutch. What he DIDN'T say was that the *3rd party shop* WAS PART OF THEIR  BUILDING and does CHEAP, SHOTTY work for them all the time. *BUYER BEWARE* It was all smooth on both ends of the table until it wasn't, then everything was rushed as delivery ETA's got pushed out day after day. I got no official PPI report until AFTER they delivered the car in filthy shape by basic standards and there were no pictures showing underneath where THERE WAS NO UNDERSKIRTING, NO WHEEL WELL LINING, AND ZIP TIES HOLDING THE FRONT TOGETHER. The new clutch was never readjusted so the bearing is now prematurely failing, oil leaks, wornout suspension/bushings, no A/C, and you guessed it...They're not doing A THING to remedy this outside of offering to charge the A/C (only because I caught it on the test drive upon delivery). I have dated pictures showing everything, clear indicators of rushed unprofessional work. This is simply BAD business AFTER the right precautions were attempted to be taken with a *3rd-party* PPI request at my expense. The fact they currently have a 4.3 Google reviews is frankly disturbing to how much they're getting away with, I refuse to believe I'm a rare case of these deceitful practices. I asked Sean after I presented all my findings if I had requested to take it anywhere else myself for a PPI, and this man told me he wouldn't have let me take it. What does that tell you?? If the owner is reading this, you need to make this right.

Sean was awesome to work with. At first I was a bit hesitant about buying a car from Oregon since I live in California but I bought a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 and it arrived nicely and it exceeded my expectations.
They stand by their word.

My experience overall was very positive with this dealer. I started out working with Ray but ended up finalizing the deal with Sean. Both guys treated me with respect and professionalism and that was appreciated. My credit was in a pretty poor spot but they were able to get me a very favorable deal for my situation and I love my truck. I had some specific needs and they were able to take care of them for me.
