2005 37ft 5th wheel toy hauler. On board generator. Separate garage. The garage is 9ft 4 inches long. Loft bed above the garage. Haven't used it in a while. Re-coated the roof last year. Tires are a few years old but have less than 2000 miles on them. Double axle and the axles were flipped. Typical sun wear for an az trailer. 3 slides. Opposing slides in the living area which makes it super spacious. Laid new flooring about 4 years ago in the living area. The slides have scuffed it up a bit but still looks pretty good. 105 gallon fresh water tank. Has the fuel station with a 25 gallon tank that the generator also runs off but the fuel station pump isn't working. 11k obo. If you have questions just ask.
