Ballantyne meet location: CVS Pharmacy - Blakeney Plaza - 9628 Rea Road, Charlotte 28277 (next to McDonald's) This is a new and never used set for the Playmobil 70094 Mermaid Cove with Illuminated Dome. I started to open the plastic packages and assemble to determine if all pieces are accounted for. I opened the direction booklet for the parts list and everything is there. I also checked an unboxing video as well. Some of the plastic packages are still sealed. I also tested the illuminated dome with 3 AAA batteries and it works perfectly. The last 2 pictures are of the box. That is not in good condition but it's yours if you want it.
