Top of the line Elna L5D Pro 5 3/4/5 Thread Overlock Serger sewing machine made in Japan (not China). All metal moving parts, no plastic to fail. Stitches pictured were done on this machine. Sews light, medium, and heavy woven, knit, and elastic fabrics. Denim, jersey, elastic, and light polyester shown in pictures. Features adjustable stitch length and width, differential feed for hard to handle stretch and knit fabrics, and carry handle. Includes tweezers, screwdriver, extra needles, and a owner's instruction manual. Sews the following 10 stitches: double chain stitch, two thread overlock, three thread overlock, four thread safety stitch, and five thread safety stitch. Currently setup for a 4 thread mock safety stitch but will do a 5 thread overlock safety stitch which is the industry standard in professional ready to wear clothing. Uses standard 15x1 (705) home sewing machine needles. The thread cones shown are not included in this sale. I will provide 4 new cones of thread for an additional $10.
