We just purchased a 2024 Toyota from them and it was the worst experience buying a car that we have had in the past 20 years. As we were signing papers a customer backed into the car we were in the process of purchasing. Dealership tried to buff it out even though the paints integrity was clearly compromised. The sales manage had the audacity to comment" I don't even see how he could of hit you there". This accident was in front of two other customers, that lucky for us spoke up as it happened. As we started the car, the check engine light was on with a glaring ding stating "contact dealer". This is the state the car was in when they were more than happy to turn it over to the customer after money was collected and papers were signed. The sales manager offered to deliver the vehicle after it was serviced since none of this was our fault. We inquired about delivery after the service was complete and was told in no uncertain terms by the sales associate that delivery was not an option. They kept the car for a better part of 2 weeks up to the point that we desperately needed the car regardless of the state it was in. This delay cost us an extra $800 in rental fees. They weaseled out of the delivery wasting 6 more hours of our day to correct their mistake. If the sales manager makes you a offer, get the terms it in writing! I don't care if he is offering you a bottle of water, get it in writing.
