1958 Volkswagen Beetle

Ran out of money and no more time to tinker on my Volkswagen bug. This is a non-grafted ragtop ‘58 body on a ‘64 pan. No rush to sell. Clean title and currently registered. The good, the bad and the uglies…. The Ugly: -Pan has had some work on it and is solid but could use some more work. - the body has been repaired from front and rear accidents - there are four rotten spots on the body (wheel wells at the heater chanels) about size of baseball. - there are a handful of spots where paint has bubbled and needs to be reworked. The bad: - the dual Kadrons need to be rebuilt or replaced - didn’t get around to lowering the front end - wiper motor does work - interior is complete but needs some love The good: - disc brakes all around - new gas tank - new bumpers - new running boards - working semaphores - low miles on a rebuilt 1914 engine - rebuilt ragtop mech - new pop out windows - 5 good stock tires and rims - runs good, except for take off hesitation due to vac leak in carbs If you are looking for a good project, and you have the time and some money to complete this one.
