Purchased used in 2018. Was used as a guest house. We never took it anywhere. It does have some soft spots on the floors in the bathroom, around kitchen island, and one in the bedroom. We have had it checked for leaks and none were found, it appears these soft spots are not caused by water leaks but by the softening of the composite flooring (the layers of foam in the flooring assembly soften up with use). It seems to be a common issue overtime on these Open Range trailers. Condition wise, everything works great, even has washer/dryer hookups. The couches have seen better days, the pleather material is peeling. Some marks/scuffs on trim work and wood. All appliances, AC, heat, etc work great. The awning broke due to someone leaving it open in rain and it was removed. It can be replaced and is wired for a power awning. Completely deep cleaned & pressured washed ready for a new home. Could be used to live in full time, does have full underbelly and all-season rated. Have title in hand. Again, what's wrong with it: 1. Couches are peeling 2. A few floor soft spots 3. Missing awning 4. Some trim/drawers need repainting if you care.
