2005 BMW 545i

This is car will be sold as is. I do not have the title for it because I was in the process of getting the title but can’t not get the car to pass smog. Registration fees are paid. The car is running but here are a few things wrong with it: -issues with rack and pinion. It steers but there is an issue with the electronic steering. -Miss firings in a few cylinders. May just need new spark plugs and coils. -there is a weird noise coming from the drive shaft. Could be the rubber plate that connects the two. That’s just from what I assessed from the car being in my possession. That’s not including the body work that needs to be done to the car that is shown in the pictures. I am asking $2100 obo. Its is drivable but would recommend towing if traveling far distances. Thanks for looking.
