Description

This wooden drum is part of a signature series by drummer Paulo Mattioli. He was a world famous African drummer, musician, teacher and a designer of Djembe drums. The drum has a new drum head that was replaced about two years ago. The old drum head was removed and comes with this drum - it has Paulo Mattioli’s signature on it. The drum is carved out of a single piece of elm wood. The drum is approx. 24-1/2 inches high and the drum head is 14 inches wide. There are two signatures inside the base of the drum - Paulo Mattioli’s (2/99) and another signature - not sure who’s - dated 2/98. Available for local pick up near I-10 and Cortaro Farms Road.
