If you’re not buying with cash don’t bother coming here. If you’re financing or using Oregon EV rebate they will sale the vehicle you are attempting to purchase to a cash buyer right in your face if the opportunity comes so that they can “immediately use the funds to pay for upcoming rent and other things” in the sales associates words. You’d be better off going to a bigger more established car lot, also in the words of the sales associate.

Cesar at Cost Less was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Whenever he said he would follow up, he did, right on time and unprompted. No pushy sales tactics. Their vehicles are priced fairly, they were super transparent, and I would fully trust them with a vehicle purchase. Thanks, Cesar!

I was promised a car that I took for a drive. I was prepared to make a purchase. However, I was informed that we had to wait until the following day. Subsequently, I received a message indicating that the car was being sold.
I would rate this experience a zero out of five stars, but I am unable to do so. .
