We have no way of testing it however, so it is being sold AS-IS. I can tell you that it will need a deep cleaning. Might need some additional regular maintenance or small parts - Please see photos. We are wholesaler/liquidators not restauranters. This came from a restaurant here in Las Vegas. Our knowledge of this item is extremely limited. I do know that they are rather expensive. This is your chance to get one of these machines for a fraction of the cost! We would prefer to sell this locally so the buyer can come check it out in person.
