I have had this vacuum for a few years, and it's always been reliable and worked very well. I am a professional housekeeper, so I do monthly maintenance on even my home tools. I got a new vacuum for my business that is just more lightweight and I've been using that for a few months now, so my Kirby isn't getting used really. Before I put it away a few months ago I replaced the belt, the bag, did a thorough clean of the vacuum and all the attachments that I've used. It did originally come with a shampoo system, but unfortunately it was lost or stolen at some point in time. I do still have most all of the attachments for the system, just not the system itself. To add, the hose attachment is in great shape and included, it's just not pictured because I guess that was one thing I didn't clean before putting it away. Brand new, these vacuum systems (including the $400 shampoo system) are around $1800 or more. (I can't quite remember, it's been a while). Since I don't have the shampoo system, and other than a few white marks from getting a bit too close to the baseboards while cleaning this vacuum is in great condition, I'm asking $400 obo. It's not being used and this is such a great vacuum that I don't want it to be sitting around and collecting dust! I also have 4 new belts and 2 new bags for the vacuum that I will include.
