Brand spanken new liquid propane on demand water heater. Only selling because my well’s GPM output is not enough to kick on the heating system, so opting for a smaller one that accommodates a lower GPM. Also I live in a tiny home and this is a big ol residential one, I wasn’t really thinking when I had bought it. lol. My new water heater is coming in on 9/22, and I can’t un-install this one until a get that so will be available after 9/22. Product details are in the pictures.
