Home Gym. Multiple Stations. High Pulley, Low Pulley and multiple attachments, Rope, Angled bar, Single leg cuff, single curl handle. Chest Press , Chest Fly , Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Leg Extensions , Preacher Curl , Leg Extensions , hamstring curl , Lat Pull Down Great Home Gym very versatile but we are converting the Gym into a playroom for my kids so I have to make room. I will have to disassemble before pickup or delivery. One of the cables plastic cover is cracked which makes the pulley less smooth but still works perfectly just provides additional friction and resistance in one position . Disassembled in large pieces have the instructions it's fairly easy to assemble. A few bolts and wind the cables through the pulleys. Much easier with a 2 people $175 OBO
