2001 Chevy astro conversion van

Up for sale, is a 2001 Chevy astro conversion van 2 wheel rear drive in excellent running condition. The van, looks wise, is good condition, does have scratches, dings, and dents. I've owed this van since 2008. I don't want to sell it, but I am because I need money to move, I have a fifth daughter on the way and need a bigger house. In November 2016, I rolled out the motor due to an intake gasket leak-leaking outside the motor. While I did that, I replaced a lot of parts because it was out-including: all gaskets for the engine-yes all of them, water pump, fan clutch, spider injectors, oil pump, timing chain, hoses, upper control arm bushings, spark plugs, fresh oil and filter, driver side rotor, wheel bearings, ball joints and an intake sensor that I broke during disasembly. Also replaced within the last few years is the muffler, catalytic converter, alternator, distributor, ignition coil, fuel pump, other sensors around the fuel tank area for emissions. Last year I put a whole aftermarket sound system including 6 kicker speakers, 2 kicker tweeters and a 12" kicker subwoofer in a custom made box under the rear seat, alpine amplifier and a Sony receiver with built in amplifier.
