Ty RARE Vintage Inky The Octopus Beanie Baby- style 4028- NO STAR on tush tag, birthdate mismatch, pvc pellets, tag errors. This is an extremely RARE Inky the Octopus Beanie Baby. She is in good condition with one small blue stain on her face. There is creasing to her hang tag, and some fading to her tush tag. Things that make her special/ rare: Numeric birthday instead of written out (11-29-94) There is NO STAR on the tush tag Missing comma between Oakbrook and Illinois on hang tag.  Comma instead of period after Inc. on tush tag PVC Pellets on tush tag  Oakbrook on tush tag is misspelled, should be Oak Brook.  Korean Market Designation- REG. NO PA 1965 (KR) indicates a Korean market release and is considered an error.  Hang tag and tush tag mismatch. Birthday on hang tag is 1994, tush tag reads 1993.
