I had a fantastic experience at car city. From the moment I walked in, Vick and Adam were welcoming and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions(and trust me I had a lot). I went in for an e92 m3 I saw online and they gave me a full rundown of the car, as well as let me test drive it immediately. They were truly both amazing through out the process. I had so many questions about maintenance and standard repairs and they took the time to sit with me and explain everything needed with great detail. They also gave me a few great options for where I can take the car for maintenance.

This was the first time I have bought a used car and they honestly were life savers. I had a lot of doubts but they were extremely transparent about the cars history, as well as provided all paperwork and information they had for the car.

Great experience. Vick was extremely helpful and got me into a 2011 M3 with no automotive credit history.

When I expressed interest in the car, Vick put a hold on it to ensure that it wouldn’t sell before I could complete my financing application with the credit union and get approved. He walked me through the entire process.

Vick also suggested a few local shops where I could get maintenance done on the car, and offered to have his paintless dent repair guy come fix a few dents at no cost to me.

Ended up with a beautiful 70k mile 2011 M3 Competition slick top 6 speed, one of my dream cars, thanks to Vick’s help.
