Was sold a lemon, stay away from this dealership!

I bought a Hyundai sonata 2021 that only had around 10,000 milage and that was supposed to have 7 years warranty only to be surprised that the warranty was void after visiting a Hyundai dealership. They told me the car is not safe or even legal to drive, reverse light was in operative, maintenance was done wrong to the car adding to that it had a wrong size tire. They told me to return the car to the bank. When I spoke to Fernando the guy that works there, he wouldn't take the car back plus I lost 3,000 dollar down payment. And now have to pay a deficiency balance to the loan lender as I had to surrender the car.
