Description

This 2" wide by 6" long block is a compact but effective tool for building wrist and hand strength through pinch exercises. The 10" long plate loadable sleeve lets you add and increase weight or place your weight exactly where you want it for greater resistance when doing leverage curls. You will feel a significant difference in difficulty from a 10 LB weight being close to the block and moving it to the end of the weight post when doing curl movements.
