I saw a used 2018 F150 XL with higher miles but that fit my needs for a work truck and decided these guys had the best price in quite literally the greater Seattle area after having been looking casually for several months. I believe his name was Sean who assisted me. Super chill, let me take a test drive, let me take my time to look at the truck and to decide if it was right for me (I left to get lunch to think things over before finalizing the deal), and there was just no pressure at all. I appreciated the honest knowledge they had on the vehicle (ex fleet vehicle purchased at auction). I've had the truck for around three months now, I've done my own service of a few things that I felt needed attention, when you buy a used vehicle there's always some things it'll probably need, but I've had no issues whatsoever and I'd come back to Payless Auto Sales in Lakewood again in the future. Key takeaways, good prices, what felt like genuinely honest sales practices, and no pressure. Hard to find these days, keep it up.

Came in here ready to buy and spend 30-40k on a truck. The finance guy they have on there has no sense of customer service what so ever. The truck I wanted, the engine qas knocking and making a weird sound. I tried to negotiate and instead of lowering the price they tried to offer me full price, plus the option to purchase thier warranty.  Just go somewhere else, most dealers will give you warranty for free or discounted and lower the cost of the vehicle a bit. These guys gave off a sleazy salesman vibe.
