We are not able to return it or use it because of the wattage in our home where we would be able to plug it in it has to be 2o wattage, our plug-in is only 15 wattage. It’s a VISSANI brand 6000 BTU 115 voltage smart portable air conditioner cools up to 250 sq. ft. with dehumidifier and remote.
