This is a rare Princess Diana beanie baby because in the middle of production the Ty company decided to change how they stuffed their beanie babies. This was the first to use P. E. Pellets instead of PVC pellets for enviromental causes. This was 1997. The next year all beanie babies converted to PE pellets.Not many of them,makes them rare. Best offer cash only
