The interior is clean with no rips, tears, or damage, and there are no roof leaks or soft spots. ✔️ Sleeps up to 4 people ✔️ Back pop-out bed (missing the support pole, but it can still be used) ✔️ Dinette converts into a queen-size bed ✔️ Microwave, refrigerator, and stove all in great condition ✔️ AC works great and furnace works perfectly (never used) ✔️ Plenty of storage space ✔️ Sofa has no tears (kept covered) Exterior & Mechanical Notes: • Electric/manual tongue jack is damaged electrically but can still be hand-cranked • Water heater works, but the anode rod needs replacement due to age • Water system has been checked to ensure functionality Overall, this is a great starter RV or temporary living camper for someone looking for something reliable and affordable.
