1980s Alvarez Regent 5212 Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar Vintage

Here's a nice Alvarez Regent 5212 acoustic (dreadnought size) with spruce top, mahogany back & sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard and bridge that was made in Korea in the 1980's. This shows lots of signs of use, but still plays and sounds great. This was recently restrung and setup with Martin .12-.53s phosphor bronze strings. A previous owner had installed some kind of wired pickup and drilled a hole in the lower side, but that has since been removed and the hole covered with an oval/football shaped jack plate. There is also one small piece of binding on the treble side missing at the 8th fret, as shown in the photo, but it never bothered me. It could easily be repaired, if needed.
