Description

Vintage 1958 Harmony Monterey with MIJ Teisco pick-up added. I think the pickup was added in the late '60s early '70s based on the age of the pickup. It's been rewired and works great no scratchy pots. It's really a cool guitar the action is great as you can see in the pictures and it's just a nice wall piece if you don't even play it. It's the tobacco Sunburst on the front and it has a cherry sunburst on the back. That's not common but I have seen a Harmony tenor guitar with this. Mostly their tobacco tobacco and Cherry Cherry. The Finish is in remarkably Nice condition for a guitar that's 65 years old. The pic guard is original and it's in good condition. Overall it's just a really cool guitar that plays great. If you're familiar with older guitars it has a wide nut so it's very conducive to fingerpicking versus newer guitars which have such a narrow neck.
