I can't get a new title cause it was titled in Washington state. An abandoned car application must be filled out. Once filled out and mailed it you'll get the title straight to you. I have the paperwork. I just didn't want to do the paperwork knowing I'm selling it. It's a inconvenient situation but the car drive great and will pass inspection. Send me a message for more details.
