This Apple iPad 4th Generation Wi-Fi has the IOS software version 10.3.3 and is not compatible with the new apple software updates. The iPad works fine and will hold a charge. I am selling it along with a red Apple iPod touch 7th generation. The iPod does not hold a battery charge for long but works fine when plugged in. The iPad has an engraved name on the back of it. I'm selling both as-is with no warranty. This will be ideal for someone who are looking for spare parts or want an older model iPad or iPod touch. Both the iPad and iPod has minor wear and tear. What you see is what your get. Sorry I do not have the original package for either the iPad or the iPod.l Please see pictures above. PRICE NEGOTIABLE!
