Description

Awesome player grade 1960’s Round Badge Jazz Progressive Drum Kit with original wraps and snare. It has had some holes filled after I acquired the kit. The snare had a Ludwig Strainer on it which I removed and filled the extra holes with maple dowels. Then added a period correct (vintage not repop ) micro sensitive strainer. The 12 inch tom had a Ludwig tom mount installed which I also filled with maple dowel and replaced with a proper Gretsch diamond plate tom mount. Not sure if that mount was a repop from Maxwell or vintage. Sorry can’t remember. The 12 also had a small part of the edge nicked out but not the outermost that contacts the head. Used a little wood filler to repair. Still tuned nicely and is original edge. Kick drum had a Ludwig diamond plate installed with a pretty crude hole the original owner cut. I formed a piece of maple to repair that as well. 14 floor is unaltered from its original state other then it had Ludwig floor ton legs which I have since replaced with the correct vintage Gretsch Floor tom legs. Hardware and cymbals not included in this sale. Local Only Sale For Now. Lots of other pics upon request. Thx
