30’ Ford chassis class A motorhome with LOW Miles (45,920) and ready for camping adventures. I bought from a friend in hopes of renovating like we have done with travel trailers and using as a rental for our business. (Check out Walker Campers website) Looking to liquidate as we recently had to re-roof our house and already have 2 other trailers in line for renovation. This motor home is in good shape and reliable. I have gone through entire interior and exterior when I bought as well as had professional inspected. Tires are new, brakes new, all fluids up to date, engine in great shape, low generator hours (720hrs) Etc Etc Etc. All items work as intended. Tons of storage space. A handful of small items such as wiper blades and plastic roof vents need replaced. I made a detailed list as I was intending to upgrade. No hidden details. This motor home is a GEM. Priced to sell so I can pay down roof repair.
