It is practically brand new. I bought it pre order. set it up. played on it one night and then was in the hospital for a week and unable to play it. im out now but my bills have stacked up so my steam deck will have to suffice while I recover and I am very regretfully selling this but life happens. Nearly new less than 8 hours total use. didn't even download any games just messed around with it as it's also a full mini pc with windows 11 unlike most the other handhelds that have either an Android OS or a proprietary OS. A massive difference maker in my opinion.
